In california what type of license do I need? To buy wholesale?
I have heard of a retail and a resale licence, is there a difference? i know there is the application through the Board of equalization, but what exactly are the steps, and must I already have a business licence to get a sales license?
All I am trying to do is buy at a wholesale warehouse which asks for a resale permit or licence, so I can try this little venture business in audio elctronics and see if it works out forme? i already have a few customers willing to wait on me so im not off to a bad start?
Any help is appreciated on how to be able to obtain this licence to buy wholesale?
